2 cups uncooked rolled oats
2-3 egg whites
1 packet sugar substitute
½ cup walnuts
Vanilla to taste
1-2 scoops whey protein powder (optional)
1. Mix all ingredients, except honey, and cook on heated, greased (use nonstick spray to reduce fat) pan or griddle.
2. Turn when batter begins to bubble throughout. Let cook to a golden brown.
3. Use honey instead of syrup to top off pancakes.
