Blueberry Biscuits

Biscuit Ingredients:

  • 3 C Bisquik Heart Smart baking mix
  • 1 C skim milk
  • 1 C dried blueberries


  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Mix Bisquik, milk and blueberries in a mixing bowl until combined.
  3. Turn out dough onto floured wax paper and fold and knead 10 times.
  4. Cut out biscuits and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake for 7-9 minutes or until golden brown.

Glaze Ingredients:

  • ¾ C – powdered sugar
  • 1 Tbsp – skim milk (for glaze)


  1. Mix powdered sugar with the leftover skim milk.
  2. When biscuits have cooled slightly, drizzle glaze on top.
