NVFC Health and Safety Courses Now Free For a Limited Time

Thanks to a Fire Prevention and Safety grant, the National Volunteer Fire Council (NVFC) is able to offer its health and safety courses FREE for a limited time through the NVFC Virtual Classroom. 16 courses are available, with topics ranging from behavioral and physical health to vehicle safety and injury prevention to understanding the international fire code.

“Health and safety are top priorities for the NVFC,” said Heather Schafer, NVFC CEO. “We hope these courses will help responders be at their best both on and off the fireground.”

The NVFC Virtual Classroom is an online learning center featuring courses on a variety of topics designed and delivered by fire service members and industry professionals. The courses are on-demand and self-paced, which means you set your own schedule.
