Being physically prepared for the job is critical for the health and safety of firefighters. The NVFC partnered with Corporate Fitness Works to demonstrate a series of six functional fitness exercises for firefighters. These exercises utilize equipment that can be found at the station and target muscle groups firefighters use during training and response.
